Eymber is a daughter of Tstar and N'ano, having lived with N'ano until only a few months before her 12th Turnday. She spent a lot of time with the nannies, while her dad was out of his weyr, and became good friends with Corona, her step-sister.
Eym is a veritable tomboy, having grown up praising her mother for her military view of the world and admonishing her older sisters for their girlish taste in 'beauty' and 'good looks'. Pink? Urgh, she hates the color pink. Brown and green, though, are one of her favorite combinations. She rarely cares for how she looks, although plainly and loudly dislikes her dimples. Her age is starting to push some self-concious behavior, but there are only subtle hints of it.
Her next venture is finding a niche for herself. At the moment, (although Corona and her are best friends), she finds her brothers and the boys to be the easiest to get along with. To other girls and her sisters, she's a bully-- and it's not only become a justification to other boys that she's tough, but now an unconscious self-esteem driven behavior.
She's not particularly mature at all, and though in limbo about what she's going to do with her life, has no aspirations to go anywhere away from Corona. Corona helps keep Eym haughty, self-assured and happy, because without Corona Eym would be more thoroughly affected and daunted by her age and her hormones.
